A WRITER spotted walking her pet around Belsize Park admits she few puzzled looks when passers-by realise there’s a cat is on the end of the lead, rather than a dog.
Amy McLean told the New Journal that her four-year-old cat Lady Medora Byron, named after Lord Byron’s daughter Elizabeth Medora Leigh, enjoyed aided walks around the neighbourhood.
“She has a haste to explore,” said Ms McLean.
Often asked by onlookers how to train a cat to go for walkies, Ms McLean said: “Really, I think it’s just in the temperament of the cat.”
