Police name Assad Abdullah Yarow as man stabbed to death

A MAN has been arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of a young man in Camden Town.

Police have named Assad Abdullah Yarow, also known as ‘Nutz’ to friends, as the 25-year-old man who was stabbed to death on Camden High Street on Thursday night. A second man who was found with a stab wound is in a stable condition in hospital.

A 27-year-old man was arrested this morning (Tuesday) on suspicion of murder. He has been taken into custody at an east London police station.

Police are appealing for dash cam footage for anyone who was driving through the busy area around the time shortly after 11pm.

It was one of three murder investigations to be launched within five days in Camden last week.
