Car smashes into Lady Hamilton pub on Christmas Day

Pub recently opened in the former Camden's Daughter bar

03 January, 2019 — By Dan Carrier

THIS was the scene moments after a car smashed into the front doors of a pub in the early hours of Christmas Day.

The car, which was travelling south on Kentish Town Road, hit the double doors of the recently opened Lady Hamilton – just 40 yards from Kentish Town police station.

A 28-year-old man from Gospel Oak has been charged with driving without due care and attention, and will appear at Highbury Magistrates’ Court later this month.
