A SCHOOL in Camden Town recycled used plastic bottles and turned them into poppies for Remembrance Day.
Pupils at the Cavendish School produced the commemorative display on the school’s railings in Inverness Street.
Headteacher Jane Rogers said: “As well as the traditional red flower of commemoration for our war dead, some pupils have chosen to include white poppies to remember all victims of war, while also symbolising a commitment to peace.” See page 12
