Community is standing together
08 December, 2017
• MANY residents feel the article (Under-siege residents consider private security around homes, December 1) missed the mark as the public meeting at Whittington Community Centre in Upper Holloway last week showed us to be a community standing together and sympathetic to the strains put on police and young people services because of cuts.
Following on from the meeting, a broader scope of community networks is being developed to create fluent links between other neighbouring areas, the police and the council.
The next Community Together meeting is planned for early 2018.
