Council in new road sign blooper

Gladys Road becomes Glady's Road

11 June, 2018 — By Tom Foot

Camden Council has blamed a “contractor” for the error

APOSTROPHE, or not to apostrophe.

How the road sign name should look

Gladys Road had become Glady’s Road.

A council press officer said: “This was an error made by a contractor. The sign is being corrected today.”
