Fire brigade douse burning car in Regent’s Park

04 September, 2017 — By William McLennan

Firefighters extinguished a burning car in Regent’s Park moments before the flames engulfed another vehicle.

The fire, which had been burning for around five minutes before the fire brigade arrived, destroyed much of the front end of the Honda Civic on Thursday at around 7:30pm.

The driver can be seen on video diverting traffic and warning that the car was “about to blow” as cyclists pedalled past.
