Labs announces launch of new London flagship property

Today sophisticated workspace provider LABS officially launches its London flagship property, LABS House. LABS is backed by a property portfolio of two million sq ft across London.
LABS House will add 1,500 members, with the goal of doubling the size of the 2,600 strong LABS Collective by the end of 2019. The property, located in the heart of Bloomsbury, is already at 80% capacity showing continued demand for collaborative workspaces. Today LABS, the sophisticated workspace provider, officially launches its flagship property LABS House. LABS House is the latest addition to a portfolio of properties that offer stellar workspaces in thriving areas for work and recreation. The nine storey building covers 96,100 sq ft, boasting an events space, communal areas, full-service dining, coworking and dedicated offices.
The company is building sophisticated, stylish, technology-driven workspaces for startups all the way through to established businesses. From the rich publishing heritage of iconic Holborn locations to the heart of the world-famous Camden Market, LABS offers companies best-in-class facilities, connectivity and some of the most exciting neighborhoods in London at their doorstep.
LABS now operates six properties across the Borough of Camden, with a 7th space in Holborn set to transition to LABS management this year and an 8th major Holborn development on the way. LABS will also occupy 60,000 sq ft of the brand new mixed-scheme venture at Hawley Wharf Camden set to launch later in 2019.

LABS members are not only able to utilise the flexible office spaces, but are also part of the LABS Collective, a community of businesses who can share ideas, network and learn together.
