Armed officers attended the scene

24 September, 2019 — By Samantha Booth

A MAN has been stabbed in King’s Cross this afternoon (Tuesday).

Police were called to Acton Street at about 12.15pm to reports of a man assaulted and stabbed.

Armed police officers attended as there was intel there could be an armed suspect in the area. However no arrests were made.

A man aged in his 30s was found with stab injuries and taken to hospital. His condition is not life-threatening say the Met Police.

It follows a series of violent incidents in Camden within the last month.

Three murder investigations were opened within five days, two men were stabbed in Chalk Farm last Friday night and a 15-year-old boy was stabbed near the Alexandra and Ainsworth Estate on Sunday.

Anyone with information on the King’s Cross stabbing is asked to call 101 and quote CAD3141/24Sep.
