Man knocked unconscious after tube sign fell in high winds

A MAN was rushed to hospital after being knocked unconscious by a sign that fell in high winds.
The London Underground and National Rail sign fell almost two floors from above the entrance of Kentish Town tube station on Friday afternoon.
Witnesses reported blood on the pavement in Kentish Town Road and that the man was taken away by ambulance.
Strong winds caused havoc across the country on Friday.
A TfL statement: “We are very concerned that one of our customers has been injured at Kentish Town. We will do everything we can to support them and to find out how this happened.”
The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) will open an investigate.
