Michael Kiwaunka

IN this week’s episode of The Camden New Journal Podcast reporter Dan Carrier chats with Cold Little Heart musician Michael Kiwanuka.

The singer-songwriter, who lives in Kentish Town, talks about life growing up and Camden’s grassroots music scene.

He also speaks about providing songwriting classes with Young Music Makers, a Camden Council backed charity which provides musical education on Saturdays to children across the borough.

Our episode with Michael will be available from tomorrow (Friday), but you can still listen to our first two instalments with doctor Hugh Montgomery and writer and drugs campaigner Vicky Unwin.

You can now listen to The CNJ Pod on a number of different players including Apple, Spotify, Google and Stitcher.

Each week we hope to give listeners a chance to hear from the people who make Camden a unique and interesting place to live.
