The Undercover Hippy

TIMED to fall during the lead-up to the general election, former drum ‘n’ bass DJ turned protest singer The Undercover Hippy, aka Billy Rowan, says he penned reggae single Rise and Fall “when Cameron and Osborne were at their peak and seemed unstoppable” – a solemn reminder that even the most powerful are fallible wound around a catchy summer beat. The Undercover Hippy launches his new crowdfunded album, Truth & Fiction, at the Borderline tomorrow (May 19).
