So simple, the bins and new collection cycle

• WITH reference to the experiences of all the dissatisfied residents, I would like to record that on Good Friday when I phoned the Camden helpline to request two bins for our property, the recorded message suggested I email Veolia’s direct assistance address.

I did this, and under an hour after I had received their standard response, a personal reply arrived promising that our bins would be delivered in the next 10 days.

It seemed a simple procedure to me, as does the concept of the new collection cycle once people get used to it.
