St Leonard’s Square turned into catwalk for London Fashion Week

Martine Rose brings show to cul-de-sac

15 June, 2018 — By Helen Chapman

A RESIDENTIAL cul-de-sac was transformed on Sunday night for a one-off fashion show.

St Leonard’s Square was cordoned off to host the menswear catwalk for London Fashion Week designer Martine Rose.

Residents came together with models and fashion buffs to create a makeshift runway with a street party twist. Models strutted down the street, tucked away from Camden Town’s hustle and bustle, donning denim jeans, oversized jackets, loud shirts and brightly coloured knits from Ms Rose’s Spring menswear collection.

London-based Ms Rose began designing a men’s shirts in 2007 and is now internationally recognised for her designs.
