Talented footballers are all smiles as they lift trophies after cup finals drama

SCORES of talented young footballers have been enjoying action-packed Saturdays full of skill and silverware.
Teams involved in the Camden Youth League have been gathering at Coram’s Fields in Bloomsbury to take part in a series of thrilling cup finals over the past two weekends.
And with parents, coaches and dignitaries – including Camden mayor Councillor Sabrina Francis and deputy mayor councillor Lorna Jane Russell – cheering on the players from the sidelines, there was no end to the support on show.
PFA Under-12s aces celebrate one of their goals
Among the big winners were PFA United, who beat Crown Pro Elite 3-1 to win the Under-12s League Cup, thanks to goals from Ben Stafford, Deon Zogi and Noah Swaby.
The club triumphantly flew the flag for Islington with players celebrating an impressive hat-trick of cup wins.
PFA Under-10s lift the trophy after beating Vale FC
Two goals from Taha Jaoudai and a strike from Pele Bernard saw PFA’s Under-9s beat East End Lions 3-0 in their final, while Lucas Robinson and Matthias Temae both found the back of the net as the club’s Under-10s overcame Vale FC 2-1.

Liam McStravick, CEO of Team Fee Pay, who helped the league organisers cover the cost of the trophies, was delighted with the fun and football on show.
He said: “We’re proud to have sponsored the Camden Youth League cup finals. It was great to witness participation and fun from all the teams involved. Events like these highlight grassroots football at its best and show the dedication of coaches, clubs and volunteers in making it all possible.”
