New data has shown that cigarette smoking in London will be virtually wiped out by 2030 if people continue to quit at this current rate.

There are around 1.3 million smokers in London and roughly one in three adults want to give up. Research shows that you are more likely to succeed at quitting with the right support.

A new introduced stop smoking helpline offers professional help and support. The helpline provides a convenient way to access good quality, specialist advice on how to quit smoking.

There’s never been a better time to quit smoking! To speak to trained advisers, call the stop smoking helpline on 0300 123 1044, Monday – Friday 9am-8pm and Saturday & Sunday 11am-4pm.
