Arlington Road

A YOUNG man was rushed to hospital after being stabbed in Camden Town.

Police said they were called to Arlington Road at 12.10am on Saturday and found “a man, aged in his 20s, suffering from a stab wound”.

Residents waking up on Saturday morning were confronted by large splatters of blood on the pavement just outside the entrance to Arlington House.

The Met said today (Monday) the man’s injury was “deemed non-life threatening or life changing”.

Hundreds marched through Camden Town last month in response to knife violence and two murders in Kentish Town.

Stabbings have continued unabated, with police recording 15 victims across Camden and Islington in March. Ten victims were aged 24 and under, with four under the age of 18, according to figures obtained by the New Journal.

Officers from the Central North Command Unit are investigating but have made no arrests.

Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 quoting CAD 62/14April.
