Job type: Permanent, full time position Hours of work: 35 hours per week, 9.00 am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

Responsible to: Head of Commercial Management Team Salary range: £25,000 – £27,500 pa dependant on experience

Commercial Property Management Company (CHP Management Ltd) based in West Hampstead, NW6 seeking a Property Team Administrator to join their friendly and experienced team.

This is a newly created, varied role to provide administrative support to the property management team in a range of duties.
Job Summary:
• Assisting team with general administration
• Assisting with post, electronic and paper filing
• Acting as a point of contact for day to day queries
• Co-ordinating team meetings agendas and minute taking
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for the Property and Facilities Managers and dealing with expenses • Liaising with tenants, consultants and contractors whenever necessary for arranging inspections and access or minor works • Coordinating various databases for vacant properties with utility and rating consultants
• Attending sites occasionally and carrying out routine inspections and meter readings
• Organising databases for health & safety and statutory compliance across the portfolio
• Carrying out land registry searches, mail merges, issuing letters and creating the necessary documents
• Arranging annual corporate event for the team Skills and experience:
• Good organisational skills, telephone manner, problem solving and general customer service skills essential
• Excellent attention to detail and able to meet deadlines working alone and as part of a team
• Ideally basic experience of the commercial property sector (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Audio typing experience would be helpful (preferred but not essential) • Experience using property management system (QUBE) or similar (preferred but not essential)
• A valid driving licence (preferred but not essential)
